876 - CATHERINE PEFFLY (dau. of No.664) married March 14th, 1844 JOHN SOLLENBERGER, born Mar. 7th, 1823 in Franklin Co., Penna., died Mar. 22nd, 1892, Randolph twp. Mont. Co., Ohio. Both are buried in Bethel Cemetery, Mont. Co., Ohio.

John was a farmer, and a minister in the Church of the Brethren. John Sollenberger was a native of Pennsylvania, where his father Jacob Sollenberger lived and died. John when a child moved with his mother to Montgomery Co., Ohio when he reached manhood he went to Elkhart, Indiana where he owned a farm, and afterwards returned to Mont. Co., Ohio. He became a very prominent man in that community.
