1 - Nov. 2nd, 1886 in Botetourt Co., Va., JOSINA LEE KINZIE, born Mar. 2nd, 1864, Botetourt Co. Va., died Apr. 17th, 1931, Sebring, Fla. buried there (dau. of JOSEPH C. and HETTIE E. (Noftsinger) KINZIE).
2 - Nov. 17th, 1932 in Roanoke Co., Va., MARY CATHERINE WEBSTER, born Apr. 3rd, 1897, Salem Va., (dau. of CHARLES FRANKLIN and HANNAH (Garst) WEBSTER). Rev. John is a minister and Elder in the Church of the Brethren. He was ordained July 2nd, 1910 at Oak Grove, Peter's Creek Congregation, near Salem, Va. He preached many years in Virginia and Florida. He has been an Elder of five churches. His most active work has been in Florida where he has spent 22 years. He was elected Commissioner of Revenue, State of Virginia at the age of 26 and served eight years. He spends his summers in Roanoke Co., Va., on the old homestead and his winters in Florida where he has extensive holdings.
