1529 - JOHN PEFFLEY (son of No.1528) married in Bethel twp., Dauphin Co. (now Lebanon Co.) BARBARA HUNSICKER. John was born, lived and died in Bethel township.

From Register of Wills and Administration, Lebanon Co., Penna., "Christian Peffley and Jacob Weller took out letters of Administration, Aug. 27th, 1825; Aug. 7th, 1826, petition of Jacob Weller, husband of Mary, daughter of John, who died July, 1835, leaving widow, Barbara, and six children: Christian, Abraham, Mary, wife of Jacob Weller, Barbara, wife of Peter Shaak, Catherine, Molly (later called Magdalena), last two minors; 200 acre farm; Sept. 25th, Christian took the real estate for $4,079.00 to pay other heirs after death of widow; Aug. 12th, 1826, James Moyer appointed guardian for minors.

Issue: All born in Bethel township, Dauphin Co. (now Lebanon).
